Is it safe to use my credit card?
  • Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges.  In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

    A security certificate, whether it is a personal certificate or a Web site certificate, associates an identity with a "public key."  Only the owner knows the corresponding "private key" that allows the owner to "decrypt" or make a "digital signature."  When you send your certificate to other people, you are actually giving them your public key, so they can send you encrypted information which only you can decrypt and read with your private key.

    The digital signature component of a security certificate is your electronic identity card.  The digital signature tells the recipient that the information actually came from you and has not been forged or tampered with.

Still don't want to use your credit card on the Internet?

No problem.  There are two ways you can order from us without having to enter your complete credit card number on the Web.
  • Calling in your card number: Fill out our order form online and select Call in payment information.  Once you have fully submitted your order, the next page will give you a phone number that you can use to call to use.  Even if you can't use our secure server, this option is easy and fully protects the security of your credit card.

  • Pay by check: You can select "Mail Check" on the order form, and send us a check in U.S. dollars for the amount of your order.  PLEASE NOTE that currently we are only able to accept checks denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank.  Checks must have a valid nine-digit bank routing number (ABA code) micro-encoded on the bottom of the check.  Paying by check does slow down your order somewhat, as we not process and ship your order until your check is received and cleared.  If you are in the United States, paying by personal check typically delays your order about seven to ten days.
