BoonDocker On-Line / Off-Line Modes

BoonDocker allows users to work On-Line and Off-Line.  On-Line, maps will move below the current GPS position.

The Status Bar background color will change depending on GPS mode. 

A Red Background signifies that the GPS is connected and On-Line but NOT receiving an Active set of coordinates.

A Green Background signifies that the GPS is connected and On-Line and receiving an Active set of coordinates.

A Blue Background signifies that the GPS is may or may not be connected but is currently Off-Line.

Entering the Off-Line mode is performed by clicking the any button of the 5-Button keypad or touching the Stylus on the screen.    In Off-Line mode users can pan throughout the map data set by utilizing the Arrow Keys about the 5-Button keypad or by using the Stylus and the Scrollbars.  Returning to the On-Line mode is performed by clicking the center key of the 5-Button keypad.  During some manual creation modes the center key is disabled until the mode is complete.

There is extra precaution option that is designed to eliminate the possibility of touching the screen or the center key of the 5 function key pad accidently and toggling BoonDocker from and Online to Offline mode. Please see User Options for details.
