BoonDocker GPS Restart

BoonDocker allows the user to Restart the GPS Device once BoonDocker is running. 

This allows the users to turn on the GPS and connect: if BoonDocker was initially started in an Off-Line mode; or after turning off the GPS device to save battery life or to replace the battery.
